Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking design consultations, approving 2D/3D quotation estimates, or signing interior execution agreements with The Suryanshi Developer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
The Suryanshi Developer provides custom interior design, complete interior work, modular carpentry, ceiling work, space styling, and project supervision across homes and commercial properties.
Floor plans, 3D design previews, mood boards & material selections.
Site civil works, modular unit making, lighting, false ceiling & final handover.
3. Design Approvals & Revisions
- Design changes and 3D design previews will be provided within agreed revision cycles before any orders are placed.
- Any design modifications or structural changes requested after procurement approval or on-site fabrication commencement may incur additional material and labor costs.
4. Payment Terms & Milestone Invoicing
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, project contracts follow staged milestone payments (Design Token, Advance Procurement, Mid-stage Carpentry/Civil, Final Handover). Delayed stage payments may result in temporary on-site work suspension without liability for extended delivery schedules.
5. Intellectual Property
All design drawings, custom 3D models, layout previews, concept boards, and photographs produced by The Suryanshi Developer remain our intellectual property until full payment has been cleared.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
While we exercise professional standards of care in all site works and material sourcing, we are not liable for pre-existing building structural defects, water seepage unaddressed by building associations, or delays caused by Force Majeure events (natural occurrences, statutory municipal restrictions, or unseasonal labor strikes).
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service, project estimates, and interior design agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
1. Amicable Conciliation
In the event of any query, misunderstanding, or discrepancy regarding design specifications or billing milestones, both parties agree to first engage in good-faith mutual discussions within 15 business days before initiating formal legal proceedings.
2. Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Patna, Bihar, conducted in English by a mutually appointed sole arbitrator.
Courts of Patna, Bihar, India
Subject to arbitration clauses, the civil courts located in Patna, Bihar shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over any matters or injunctive relief arising from our agreements.
