Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation & Design Booking Tokens
Initial consultation tokens and 3D architectural design retainer fees cover spatial analysis, site measurement visits, and bespoke floor plan drafting.
100% Refund: If cancelled within 48 hours and prior to physical site measurement or draft drafting.
Non-Refundable: Covers dedicated designer CAD hours, 3D render processing, and custom space plans.
2. Material Procurement & Custom Modular Units
Our turnkey solutions utilize customized, factory-pressed modular components (HDHMR cabinetry, acrylic shutters, quartz countertops, and tailored metal profiles):
- Custom Cut/Pressed Materials: Once raw materials (plyboards, laminates, glass panels) are cut or customized for your site specs, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
- Defect Guarantee: Any material damaged during transit or factory defect identified prior to installation will be replaced by us without any additional charge.
3. Project Cancellation During Execution
If a client decides to terminate the contract during ongoing civil/interior execution, billing will be adjusted strictly against actual completed works, delivered materials, and incurred artisan labor up to that date. Any unutilized milestone funds will be processed for return within 14 business days.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
Approved refund claims are credited directly to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or corporate account) within 7 to 10 working days following formal audit clearance.
